Please submit your Pre-Registration form as soon as possible — classes tend to fill up quickly. Prior to submitting this form, visit www.jnns.ca and be sure to read all details and ask relevant questions before leaving your non-refundable registration fee.

Check your desired class, indicating 1st and 2nd choices. All classes are for children aged 3–5. Children must be 3 years old prior to December 31 during the first calendar year of enrolment. You may register for both mornings or both afternoon classes if space is available.

Registration Fee: $50 non-refundable per class  •  Parental Fees: $5 per day

MWF or T/Th Class = $50 Registration Fee  •  Monday–Friday (both) = $100 Registration Fee

Acknowledgements & Permissions

Medical Concerns
My child has existing medical concerns (e.g. Asthma, Allergies, Diabetes, etc.) that teachers should be aware of. I understand that additional paperwork will be required and I will notify teachers accordingly.

Developmental Concerns
My child has developmental concerns or other conditions I would like to highlight (e.g. speech, fine / gross motor skills, etc.).

Pick-Up Communication
I agree to relay information to my designated pick-up person. We see up to 60 children per day and are unable to individually call or email every family — relevant information about your child’s day will be communicated to the individual picking them up. It is your responsibility to maintain an open line of communication with them.

Washroom Independence
I acknowledge that my child is independent in the washroom. Teachers are available to assist with clothing or wiping; however, should my child frequently soil their clothing, an immediate withdrawal will be imposed. Note: JNNS is not licensed to have changing stations — diapers are not permitted.

Tuition Payments
I acknowledge that tuition will be submitted within the 5 allotted workdays according to the Payment Fee Schedule. I understand that delinquent tuition will result in late fees and, if unpaid, an immediate withdrawal (see Page 9 of the Information Package).

Parking Lot Safety
I agree to abide by the parking lot safety requirements. Families are encouraged to park on adjacent streets and use walkways for safe entrance. One stall is available for vehicles displaying a city-issued parking placard (wheelchair symbol). Any person showing disrespect or disregarding the safety of children will not be tolerated. The director reserves the right to issue an immediate withdrawal if the JNNS Code of Conduct or Parking Lot Safety Policies are not followed.

Agreement & Signature

I have read and agree with all terms as outlined in the James Nisbet Nursery School Inc. Information Package. Failure to abide by these terms can result in my child’s immediate withdrawal.

 

A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided. The school will follow up to confirm your spot and arrange payment of the non-refundable registration fee.
